We agree the plan first. Then we take care.
Before starting, we arrange a preparation call to understand the home, pets, routines, access, emergency contacts and nominated vet. We agree in writing the visit frequency, included tasks, update method and what to do if something unexpected happens.

03 / TRANSPARENCY
A tailored service, with clear boundaries.
Home Care takes place at the client’s property and depends on location and availability. It is not a veterinary service, pet boarding facility or 24-hour emergency service. Medication, pet transport, specialist care or additional tasks are only accepted after assessment and explicit agreement.
